There is power in dedication and perseverance which is scientifically proven by University of Pennsylvania psychologist Angela Duckworth, who believes grit comes down to two things: passion and perseverance for long-term goals.
In order to get to our next level of living and unlock new WINS…we must first develop new habits. How do you develop new habits you ask? You first have to make epic SHIFTS…shift your way of thinking, shift your perception, shift your attitude, and most importantly make epic shifts in your goal setting!

So if the world is attacking you and the world wants to fight you and hold you down so you gon’ kick yourself in the balls? you’re going to stop yourself from getting what you dream? Self-discipline is the center for all material success. You can’t win the war against the world if you can’t win the war against your own mind

So moving forward, my new mantra will be “Buy yourself flowers” which translates to “treat yourself”
